Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) package orange slice candies, finely chopped

  • 1 cup chopped pecans (or finely ground)

  • 1½ – 2 cups powdered sugar (plus extra for rolling)

Instructions:

  1. Chop the Candy
Finely chop the orange slice candies into small pieces. Lightly dust them with a little powdered sugar to reduce sticking.

  2. Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped orange candies and pecans. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.

  3. Shape the Candy
Form the mixture into small logs or balls, about bite-sized.

  4. Coat in Sugar
Roll each piece in powdered sugar to prevent sticking and give that classic snowy look.

  5. Chill & Set
Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  6. Slice (If Making Logs)
If shaped into logs, slice into rounds before serving.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
